Ingredients (For 1 kg Meat):

To prepare kababs from 1 kg of minced meat (without extra fat), you will need MDF Sikh & Kaadi Kabab / Tikkiya Masala, along with green chili, fresh coriander, and chopped onion if desired for added flavor.

Preparations:

Mix the entire 100g pack of MDF Sikh & Kaadi Kabab / Tikkiya Masala thoroughly into 1 kg of minced meat as you would knead dough. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour. Now you can shape and cook tikkiya, sikh, or kaadi kabab as desired — either by roasting, grilling, or pan-frying. For extra flavor, green chutney or onion-coriander mix can be added. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
