300g oil, 600g chopped onion, 300g curd (yogurt), 100g MDF Mutton Takkar Masala, Spice Blend Includes: Red, green & black chili powder, natural salt, citric acid, coriander leaves, black cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, and onion – blended to create a powerful, rich, and authentic mutton flavor.
Wash 1 kg mutton thoroughly. Heat 150g oil in a deep pan, then add 300g of the mutton to sear it on high flame. Once seared, add the remaining 300g mutton, 150g more oil, and 600g chopped onions. Cook well until onions are golden and the mutton is nicely browned. Add 300g curd and 100g MDF Mutton Takkar Masala. Cook for 10 minutes while stirring gently. Add water as needed, cover, and cook on low flame until the mutton is tender and coated in thick, flavorful gravy.
