To cook 1kg chicken or mutton, use 250g curd, 250g cream, 200g onion paste, 50g ginger-garlic paste, 100g refined oil, 50g butter, and 50g Sultan Chicken & Mutton Masala.
Start by marinating the chicken or mutton with the curd, cream, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, butter, oil, and half of the Sultan Masala. Let it sit for some time to absorb the flavors. Cook slowly on low heat until the meat is nearly done. Then add the remaining 50g of masala and stir well. Finish the dish with kewra essence and edible yellow color to add a luxurious touch. Serve piping hot for that authentic Mughlai taste.
