For 1kg chicken or mutton, use 200g curd, 200g oil or ghee, 3g whole garam masala, and 100g mawa.
Clean 1kg chicken thoroughly. Mix with MDF Shahi Korma Masala and keep aside. Heat 200g oil or ghee in a pan, add 3g whole garam masala and the chicken. Cook for 10 minutes, then add curd and the rest of the masala. Stir well and cook on medium flame for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked and aromatic. Top with coriander and optionally add mawa for a royal finish. Serve hot.
Boil 1kg mutton with 80% bones until it’s 80% done. In a pan, heat 200g oil or ghee, add 3g whole garam masala and the cooked mutton. Sauté for 10–15 minutes, then add curd, MDF Shahi Korma Masala, and mawa. Stir and cook until everything blends well and the oil rises. Garnish with coriander and serve.
