Grind 200g onions and 200g tomatoes to a smooth paste. Heat 250g oil in a pan and sauté the paste thoroughly. Add 8–10g of MDF Shahi Butter Masala, then add the onion-tomato paste and fry for 5 minutes. Add 1 kg chicken or mutton and cook for 15 minutes. Now add 100g curd and sauté for another 10 minutes. Finally, add 250g milk and cook for 2–3 more minutes. Your rich and creamy Shahi Butter Chicken/Mutton is ready. Optionally, garnish with extra butter before serving.
