200g Curd, 100g Milk, 200g Onion, 50g MDF Chicken & Mutton Angara Masala, 5–6 Green Chilies, 5 Cloves Garlic, 1 Small Piece Ginger,1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 Tomatoes (chopped), Green Coriander (for garnish), Oil (as needed), (Optional) 5–6 Cashews & 8–10 Raisins fried in ghee for extra flavor.
Grind into a paste: curd, milk, onion, MDF masala, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and turmeric powder. Marinate chicken or mutton with this paste for 15–20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated meat on medium flame for 20–25 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5–10 minutes until oil separates. Add a little water and simmer for 10–15 minutes till fully cooked. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot. (Optional) Add fried cashews and raisins in ghee before serving for a royal touch.
