Ingredients (For 1 kg Meat):

500 grams onion, 250 grams oil, 250 grams curd, 10 or 15 kishmish, 50 or 100 grams paneer

Preparation

Clean 1 kg of chicken or mutton and keep it aside. Heat 250 grams of oil in a deep cooker, then sauté 500 grams of finely sliced onions until they turn golden brown. Add the meat and cook until it’s 80% tender. Mix in 250 grams curd, 10 or 15 kishmish, and the full 100g packet of MDF Mughlai Korma Masala. Cook this mixture for 15 minutes. Add 50 or 100 grams of paneer, stir well, and cook until the oil separates and a rich aroma emerges. Garnish and serve.
