Boil 1 kg mutton or chicken. In a pan, add MDF Korma Masala with 200g curd and 200g oil. Mix well and sauté for a few minutes. Add 200g water and let it simmer for 4–5 minutes. Add the boiled meat and cook thoroughly. Alternative Method: Fry 200g chopped onions in 200g oil. Add the masala and 200g curd. Mix in the boiled meat and cook until rich and thick. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
