Dry Fruits, Milk, Garam Masala, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Tomato, MSG, Red-Green Chilli, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom.
Clean 1kg chicken or mutton thoroughly. In a pan, heat 200g oil and sauté 100g onion until golden. Add 50g fresh coriander and 5–6 green chillies. Now add the chicken or mutton and cook for 10 minutes. Then add 100g curd and the full 100g masala. Stir well, add 3 grated tomatoes or 2 tsp tomato ketchup and let it simmer covered for 20–25 minutes until the oil separates.
: Alternatively, boil the chicken or mutton with 200ml water, then add to a kadhai and follow the same process. Mix with 100g curd, 3–4 green chillies, and the 100g masala. Add tomatoes or ketchup as desired and finish by adding 1 tsp pure ghee. Cook covered till oil separates and meat is done. Your M.D.F. Angara is ready.
