Ingredients (For 1 Kg Chicken):

Milk, Black-Red-Green Chilli Powder, Common Salt, Citric Acid, Coriander Leaves, Black Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Garlic, Onion.

Preparations:

Heat 200g oil in a pan and sauté 1 kg chicken or paneer for 5–10 minutes until golden. Add MDF Butter Masala and stir for 2–4 minutes. Then lower the heat and add 500g milk and 100g mawa. Cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Your MDF Butter Chicken or Paneer is ready to serve.
