Wash 1 kg fish thoroughly and drain all water. In a bowl, mix 200 grams curd and add MDF Fish Gravy Masala, then apply the mixture evenly over the fish pieces. Heat 200 grams of oil in a pan, gently place the marinated fish, and cook on medium flame until it turns aromatic and flavorful. If desired, use less oil for a lighter version. For gravy, add the remaining masala after frying the fish with 200 grams of curd and water and simmer until a rich, thick gravy forms.
