1 full pack MDF Pathani Chaap Masala, Garam Masala, Wheat Flour, Red & Black Chili, Ajwain (Carom Seeds), Garlic, Black Salt, Citric Acid, Love & boldness in every bite.
Wash 1 kg mutton chaap and remove excess water. Now add MDF Chaap Masala and coat it well on the chaap. For tandoor-style: Add a bit of mustard oil, mix well, and let it marinate for 1 to 2 hours. You can cook on tandoor, in the oven, or shallow fry in a pan. For fry-style: Mix the masala with a little water to form a thick paste. Coat the chaap nicely and fry until golden and crispy.
